Production Manager
Description:
As a Production Manager, you will be a key member of the production team, providing expertise in support of fabrication and manufacturing.
Essential Job Functions:
• Maintain project schedules in manufacturing
• Ensure in-process quality
• Lead and develop shop employees
Responsibilities:
• Manage all shop employees, scheduling and prioritizing allocation of resources on projects
• Maintain overall project production
• Support, develop, coordinate, and provide training to shop personnel
Field Service Technician
Description:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be a member of the engineering team providing expertise in support of fabrication and manufacturing
Responsibilities:
• Installation and ASI equipment support at customer locations
• On-site, phone & email assistance for all customer technical questions and troubleshooting
• Perform full quality and functional testing of systems manufactured that are to be installed/commissioned by ASI. Working with the Project Engineering group to ensure that all quality standards, functionality, and documentation for project acceptance is achieved
• Preparation, coordination, and final acceptance of projects in conjunction with Project Engineers, Operations Manager, and Project Technicians
• Work with fabrication specialists i.e., pipe welders and electricians to ensure projects remain on schedule and within required quality criteria
Electrical Engineer
Description:
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be a member of the engineering team providing expertise in support of fabrication and manufacturing.
Required Knowledge:
• Advanced knowledge Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical
• Electrical panel construction, print layout
• Importing and exporting files for use of other programs
• Advanced knowledge of NFPA 70, National Electrical Code
• Knowledge of drafting theory and standards
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS
CAD Operator
Description:
As a CAD Operator, you will be a member of the engineering team providing expertise in support of fabrication and manufacturing.
Required Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
• 3-D Modeling, assembly construction, print layout
• Importing and exporting files for use of other programs
• Knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD, AutoCAD P&ID, and/or AutoCAD Plant 3D
• Knowledge of drafting theory and standards
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS
Welder Fabricator
Description:
As a Welder / Fabricator, you will be a member of the fabrication team providing expertise in support of manufacturing.
Required Knowledge:
• Knowledge and experience in various fabrication techniques
• Ability to work with power tools (i.e. Band saws, bench grinders)
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS
