Job Title: Fabrication Team Lead

AmeriChem Systems, Inc. has been building custom fabricated process equipment for over 30 years — and the quality of what leaves our Aurora, IL shop is a direct reflection of the people who build it. The Fabrication Team Lead is the person on the floor who makes that standard real: coordinating daily production, mentoring the team, holding the line on quality, and making sure critical deadlines don’t slip. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can weld, read a drawing, run a crew, and still be the first one to grab a wrench when a deadline is on the line. If you take pride in what you build and want a role where that matters, we’re ready to talk.
