AmeriChem Systems Facility Expansion: 20,000 Sq Ft of New Production Space to Serve You Better
Every milestone in our history has been possible because of the customers, partners, and team members who believe in what we do. Today, we’re excited to share one of our biggest milestones yet: the
AmeriChem Systems facility expansion, a 20,000 sq ft addition to our existing 30,000 sq ft manufacturing building in Aurora, Illinois.
This expansion isn’t just about adding more space—it’s about strengthening our ability to support the industries we serve, increasing production capacity, and building the foundation for the next decade of engineered system innovation.
Why We’re Expanding Our Facility
Over the past several years, demand has steadily grown across all product lines—from chemical feed systems to high-pressure process skids, turnkey engineered solutions, and private-label OEM equipment. As our customers’ systems become larger and more advanced, our production needs have grown with them.
This expansion enables AmeriChem to:
- Increase total system output
- Take on more large-scale, multi-skid, and plant-wide projects
- Improve overall production workflow for fabrication, electrical, and controls
- Support heavier builds with an upgraded crane load capacity
- Create more dedicated space for testing, documentation, and FAT processes

AmeriChem Systems facility expansion as of November 21, 2025
The latest construction photos tell the story better than words. The steel structure is up, the foundation footprint is set, and the building is beginning to take shape both inside and out.
This new expansion includes:

- Larger fabrication bays for oversized and complex engineered systems
- Streamlined material flow and equipment staging
- Expanded space for electrical panel building and controls integration
- Upgraded crane load capacity for handling large or heavy skid systems
- Increased square footage for FAT preparation and documentation work
- Room to support upcoming equipment modernization and layout improvements
A Look at Construction Progress
The latest drone and ground-level photos capture three major phases:
1. Site Preparation & Grading
Earlier images show the cleared footprint, compacted ground, and initial trenching—laying the foundation for the expansion.
2. Structural Steel Framing
From overhead shots, the steel skeleton reveals the scale of the project and how seamlessly it connects to the existing facility.
3. Enclosed Interior Structure
Newer interior images show the enclosed space with bright natural light, structural beams, and the early layout of equipment positioning—bringing us closer to operational readiness.
