Mike leads ASI’s design team, turning big ideas into fabrication-ready reality. He’s got an eye for detail, a love of clean layouts, and zero patience for drawings that don’t actually work in the field.

Scott heads up automation at ASI, making our systems smarter, smoother, and way more impressive than a stainless steel machine with buttons should be. If it runs flawlessly, Scott probably programmed it. If it doesn’t… he’s already fixing it.

Marvin keeps the production floor moving like a well-oiled machine — because he refuses to let it be anything else. He manages schedules, quality, workflow, and somehow makes impossible deadlines look normal.

Andrea leads HR at ASI, supporting hiring, culture, and employee success. She’s the champion of people, policies, party planning and occasionally reminding us that yes, we do have to complete that training or bring a dish to the potluck!

Katie is the organizational powerhouse behind ASI engineering. Drawings, documents, workflows — she keeps it all moving smoothly, which is basically a superpower in engineering terms.

Matias helps bring ASI’s automation systems to life through controls design, wiring, and logic. If you open one of our panels and everything is clean, labeled, and makes sense… thank Matias.

Estelle Vanderhyden keeps projects on track, teams connected, and timelines moving in the right direction. As Project Coordinator, she brings the kind of organized, steady presence that turns moving parts into finished products. If things are flowing smoothly, Estelle probably has something to do with it.

Kyle designs the electrical backbone of ASI projects — schematics, layouts, and systems that power everything safely and reliably. He makes sure the electrons behave.
